Your Photo to Central Florida Farms

We will review it and determine if we are able to use it on our website. If we decide to use your photo, we will notify you via email and you
will receive a one time (per photo) $15.00 USD credit towards any plant purchase from our
website! We will not use any photos submitted without your prior approval.
By submitting your photo, you are agreeing to allow us to use it how we see fit.
We will NOT share any photos (chosen for a credit or not) with a 3rd
party or sell it or publish it outside our website. All photographic
credit will be given to the author of the photo on what ever page we use
it. At first, it would be placed on its own special page to display the
grand image with a link to that page on our Link Page (and our most obvious
pages) along with your background information (if you so choose) for a minimum of one month.
All photos chosen will also be a forever piece in our photo
gallery pages. |

Submission guidelines & terms: Please, only submit a photograph that you have
personally snapped or one that you have permission to freely use as your own.
The minimum size of the photos should be no smaller than 800 x 600. The larger
the better. Please only submit crisp, clean, natural photos that are not enhanced
by Photoshop or another similar editing program, just straight from your camera. Please only
submit one copy of the photo due to the amount of space. If it does not come
through, we will let you know. We will review it and determine if we are able to
use it or not. Include a small amount of background information about the photo such as the
date when it was snapped, the scientific and common name of the plant, the place
it was snapped and if you would like accreditation for the photo, please include
your name.

your name, please inform us in the submission email.

Photos are to
be high resolution quality. The minimum

a small copyright symbol and your name on the photo, please allow us do this

particular plant photo
per household per every 30 days will be eligible for additional website
credit, although you may submit more than one photo at a time. If the photos
are well received, we may make exceptions.

You should Include
a small amount of background info about each photo such as the date it was
snapped, the scientific and common name of the plant, the place and date it was
snapped and if you would like public accreditation for the photo, please let
us know.

Be creative!
Photos other than plants submitted can be images of wild animals/wild life
in general, birds or fish in their natural habitat.

Other photos
accepted could be of unique Landscapes, Pondscapes, Riverscapes and wildlife
that lives in/along the river, your fish tank environment or something
similar to that idea.

Please do not
submit photos of pets
for this particular promotion. If you would like to submit a photo of your
pet, we will gladly create a personal profile pet page and your pet
may be displayed there if you so choose, but pet photos do not qualify for the website
plant credit promotion.
